Yeah I never cut my own hair... my mom kept me in a boy haircut till I was like 10... I used to stare in the mirror hoping I would see it grow! I was traumatized... Only 2 of my Barbie's got a hiarcut. Jem, and one of the Rocker dolls that looked Asian. I have all my Barbie stuff. I was 16 and still had friend's coming over wanting to play with my Barbie stuff. My mom would look at them like, "O.k. how old R U?" So they began asking me before I would even get in the house so she wouldn't give them that look. I had a house my dad built that was taller then me until I was about 13/14.... Had all the cool stuff (Mercedez, corvette, Jeep, Rolls Royce, '57 Chevy, 2 bathrooms (one had running water), 2 living rooms, the Barbie Gym, Backyard with grass, 2 bedrooms, a kid's room, a kitchen, and on and on... I have over 75 Barbie's total. I was a freak... It was my thing though growing up. Definitely played with them all too! So that's why even at 16 my friend's wanted to play with it. I'm sure if I still had it set-up I would still have people wanting to play with it.

I would, that is why I love having my girls, hee hee.

It is too bad you don't have it all still, lot of money in those kind of collections. I had the big house too, I think we are going to make the girls one, I have yet to see one at the store worth paying any money for. I am kinda a mean mommy. There are a couple barbies she can't open, but so far she has been content looking at them on the shelf.

The homemade Barbie houses are SOOOO much better! You can get as detailed as you like.
I wanted a Barbie one at first but after my parents made that one... I'm really glad they did. I have all the stuff just not set up.

You should seriously check on line for values and insurance! :)
 
She couldn't do the bodyfat today, it will have to be sometime this week. I am not allowed to weigh myself at all until next month.

She was very cool. Very natural, no supps allowed, no protein shakes nothing, and at this point that would probably be the safest thing to do for myself. Hubby is going to finish off the protein shakes for me.

She showed me her accomplishments for herself and her clients, I have to say I was impressed.

She actually told me to get a belly button ring for the comp! A lot more food than I am used to but I am hoping my workouts will improve cause I won't be starving so much.


here is the new program for this week, it is going to be changing weekly, more sets and reps and only two days off but for the first week...


WEEK ONE June 12-18
-All exercises 3x8 rest 1 min inbetween (yahoo no more 15, or 20 for awhile)
-60 minutes cardio everyday but days off

Monday - legs
Front barbell squat
Leg Extension
Leg Curl

Tuesday
OFF

Wednesday - shoulder/calves
Military Press
Front/side lateral Raise
Rear Delt Fly
Standing calf raises with barbell
seated calf raises

Thursday
off

Friday - back/bis
seated row
rull down
back extension
Concentration curl
twist curl

Saturday - Chest/tris
incline flys
decline press
push ups with cable and bench
overhead extension
non assisted dips
kickbacks

sunday
off

Diet -

will start using fit day
no more alcohol
2 liters of water a day
no more eating out

2172 calories

I don't look good with really long hair, so it's more shoulder length....

and Coolness on the new personal trainer thing!! You're going to do a comp?

Yup, muscle beach oct 7th

Other cool things she as told me because I have extremely bad posture...

-everytime I see the letter "P" or the color red I have to put my shoulders back (my water bottle is red so it is a constant reminder) :)

- I have to sleep on my back with a low pillow and a pillow behind my knees to get my shoulders back

-I have to start with my weakest arm first cause I am very left hand dominant and my left arm is bigger than my right. Use what ever weight I can handle for my right, for my left kinda thing.

- she is going to start practicing posing with me next month, the suits and everything she has a handle on!

- and I forgot AB exercises everyday, she doesn't care what but everyday!

needless to say 100 percent better than my last trainer, this one is there for me!

That's awesome!! Glad to hear that!! I know all about bad trainers....

thanks - I may be showing off a new belly button ring soon too, hee hee. Never thought I would ever be able to have one, so it is kinda cool!
