Taking a new supp today so I can't take any other until I see how this one works. It is a fat burner called Ripped. if anyone has had experience with feedback welcome!

anticatabolic fat burner? my workout ROCKED! must of been the carbs this weekend, hee hee. The weights were a little heavier and I did sweat but I got through it better? Could it be that ripped I took? I don't know? I just kept saying go carbs go! Now for some kick ass cardio.

Lost a whole 4 pounds over night, holy water retention. Might be going to the mountains for a couple of days, but hubby is trying to get a hotel with a gym/pool so we shall see. Here is hoping.

Yep... water weight can happen like that!!! Did you figure out what was making you retain the Water???

Oh I know.. beer, hot wings, nachoes, a ukranian dish called nylyshnica (not sure of spelling) and when I say dish I mean the whole tray it is a crepe filled with cheese topped off with sour cream:) , about 6 oreo cookies, jelly beans, roast beef with gravy, strawberries with whip cream.... and that concluded my cheat day. :rolleyes: :) that was on saturday evening, sunday during the day. but never, ever again I was really, really sick and really really tired.

It is amazing how good you feel when you eat healthy. Been drinking a lot of water!
