Awesome day, shopping was a blast, mom's was great, burned a little on the face. We are all geared up for the summer. My oldest boy is macking now, new do, new clothes and a big smile on his face. Hopefully I tired out the girls enough today chasing them in the sprinkler!

Add a cookie and 3 jellybeans to my diet. It is ok, worked it in LOL

LEGS AGAIN! and abs...trying a new machine where you sit on your knees and pull a cable down

Supersetting 4 sets of 20

plia hack squats -100
step ups on bench with dumbell - 15
(my right forearm and wrist is hurting bad, wrist supports help a bit)

Leg press - 120
Ladies kick backs - 40

Smith bench bum touch squats - 50
Lying leg curls - 40

multi/omega/vit c/aspirin
calories eaten 1800
calories burned 400

How did you like the new ab machine? Sounds like something I do on the cable tower...I just kneel on the floor. If it's the same sort of thing, that's a killer!

A new ab excercise that i recently found and love is the cable machine, set it on the lowest knotch. Place ancle things on your feet if your gym has them, and lay on a bench, then pull your knees to your stomach. This has killed my lower abs. Just another excercise to throw in your arsenal!

thanks mm and flybrownchick, I did chest and back today, DUHHHH to me, I will post what I did later tonight. Legs/abs tomorrow. Again, DUHHHHHH! But I did have an awesome workout!

Today
was chest and back
cals eaten 1500 (busy, busy day)
cals burned 250 - ran for 30 minutes
omega/aspirin/vit c/multi

Chest & back supersets (4 x 15)
took it easy today haven't done chest and back for a long time

Lat pull downs - 48
incline bench press - bar

negative lat pull ups - bodyweight/fully finished the first two sets only 5 each on the last two
db incline chest press - 15

seated row - 48
peck deck - 35

these machines have different weights increments and you can add more when needed (hard to explain)

Busy day but awesome workout! pumped for tomorrows leg day
