Feeling better today, besides no sleep, all my kids were up last night. Won't be going to the gym today but it is all right, we are taking my son to a movie for his b-day! We, meaning my hubby is home today! Still have Saturday and sunday to make up for thursday and friday, here is hoping! Have to go to mother-in-laws on saturday and my husband still works this weekend, plus the gym isn't open 24hrs on the weekend! Ug, but I will just have to watch what I eat and do what I can at home if I can't get there (have a treadmill and some weights at home) So I am planning on 1200 cal days for the next three if I work out I will have an extra shake or something
Still have to get back, biceps, shoulders, abs and calves done plus 3 sessions of cardio! Maybe I will do something tonight when kids go to bed (thinking out loud).
