How much cardio does your trainer have you doing right now?


warm up 10-15 minutes (which is not really a warm up but high intensity, sweating my ass off cardio) before and 30-45 minutes after.

Besides I was on ya every single day about getting those calories in ;) Well or trying to make ya anyways :chomp:

Yup she has me doing mon-fri cardio/weights (sat/60 minutes cardio) now the plan she has was supposed to be supersetting but since the comp isn't till october she just told me to take the rountine she has and not superset.
 
See comp prep is completely subjective. From here, I've seen people cut out cardio completely, added AM/PM sessions or bust ass with HIIT 3-4 days a week (sprint/jog intervals until you puke kinda stuff).

When you get ahold of her, and try to do this ASAP even if you have to do this over the phone & not face to face, I would ask her to lay things out for you so you are not confused. Even though things will change based on how you respond, you can at least get an idea of her plans for you (since she CAN see you face to face). If you don't like is or don't understand, ask questions & have her explain it to you. I'd hate for you to go out on your own & kinda wing it when you've worked so hard.

How many weeks out are you?

I'm thinking the show is mid October... but I could be mistaken?!?! The 14th maybe or right around there???

sbt/bunny = comp is October 7th, trainer phoned and I see her hopefully thursday night.

60 minutes cardio

I got foood! Yahoo

-missed my mom's b-day, too sick to go, but I did manage to get her a gift.
-sent my deficiency list
-interview at 9:00 am for another job, however....

hubby suggested to me to finish my personal trainer diploma through distance that way I can stay home with the kids/workout and just get a part time in the evening. My head is spinnnnning.

The owner of the gym I go to said that I motivated her to start working out, she is fifty and one day she came up to me and said that I looked amazing and asked how I do it especially with all my kids. I told her, and she said she wished she could but thought she was too old, but I kept on telling her, "your only as old as you feel, age doesn't matter and you CAN do it" so now she is. As well, all the ladies on the block are now asking me for advice..... I do enjoy it, but I always tell them that I don't have my degree.

We have a world of opprotunities and I don't know which one to choose! Someone told me to throw all of them in a hat and just pick one and do it, I just might.
