The eye looks sooo nasty but thank you :heart:

I am happy to report, I had a wonderful evening last night! went and played pool, then we went out to eat, I had a salad, I was actually craving one! and water, water, water all night long! Came home early cause hubby had to drive out of town at 4 this morning :rolleyes: but woke up late and am enjoying my coffee, then off to pick up the kids, arrrr I miss them!



August 13

60 minutes cardio
mm's -15 minutes ab workout (still trying to make sure I am doing the exercises right so I will also add in bicycles and fist over head)

2 eggs,
6 melba toast
1/2 cup of blueberries
1 cup of skim milk

two whole wheat bread
1/2 cup of blue berries

6 melba toast
1/2 cup of carrots,
1/2 cucumber,

1 apple,
2 whole wheat bread

1/4 salmon
1 cup of green beans,
1 cup of salad,
6 melba
1 cup of milk

6 melba toast,
1/2 blueberries

To Do List:
- Find a job
- day 3 of potty training not going so well!!!
- send defiency list to home builder
- buy mom b-day gift
- register oldest in school
- fill out forms, send in money for competition (8 WEEKS AWAY
!)

You sure like your melba toast & WW bread :) I'd eat the loaf ... :D Best of luck with day 4 of potty training :rose: I took a walk for you today, it was lovely ... well it was for me, but you dragged me outta the house by my hair, ponytail & all, CK pulling with Bunny in tow :verygood: Thank you :D

I don't know of any other starches that I can eat that take time to cook :rolleyes: any suggestions I would love! :heart: I am really really sick of melba toast.

Yup, potty training, she just SHIT all over the floor, that goodness it was on the hardwood! yup, the last one I have to potty train, I am kinda sad...oh wait.... yeah I am over it now! She is being sooooo stubborn, I give her one week and if it isn't working, she isn't ready yet.

Well three of the healthiest carb sources you can eat are sweet potatoes, brown rice & oatmeal. You can throw a small sweet potato in the micro for like 4-5 minutes, brown rice (I try to only eat long grain which takes 45 min to cook so you would need to PREP this when you had time, which I don't so I'm sure you don't lol :)) & oatmeal, old fashioned quaker oats in best, not the instant stuff. 1/2 cup can take ~10 minutes ... not too long for me at all ...

Yay I motivated you! Since I did a full body w/o yesterday, today is an 'off' day from the gym ... I'm glad I at least went for a walk .. plus I ate pizza .. :D and you bet your @$$ I fitday'd that sh1t too ... :D lol ... I want to fit day a real cheat for me (if I could only eat the ice cream & chocolate I want to right now :evil: who knows it's still early :D ) then I can get an accurate # of what I ate on a cheat day or for multiple meals. I really do get a kick out of it in lieu of not facing the facts of what I shoveled in my mouth. Trust me, it's scary to own up to your cheats, plus take the time to input them, but I hope it helps someone rethink a bad cheat or about binging ... who knows .. those cals add up FAST dang...
