That would work, as long as; a. there isn't too much cleanup, or b. the kids will actually do it.

Friday, August 11th

Woke up this morning to one of our soldiers funeral on the television, not to put a damper on a start to a wonderful weekend, but it made me realize how

thankful I am to have a wonderful family, friends, life and the ability and freedom to be able to do what ever I want with the future I have.

I hope everybody has a wonderful weekend!
 
Hi, CK! I am just now catching up on the last couple pages of your log. I've been stupid busy at work, so I'm falling behind. :(

You could always do the cliche (but fun!) lingere, cool whip, strawberries, chocolate syrup, caramel, candles thing for your anniversary.

weight 142 = what can one expect with 4 beers and icecream with topping :)
10 min cardio killed that sh*&( on jacobs ladder
2x10 sets
between bench push ups with one foot on bench these rocked
flat fly twist = 25
bent over row = 25
pull ups (yeah right) downs = 90
back extensions
30 min cardio going to do a HITT and I am off....... :)

m1
2 eggs
2 whole wheat bread
4 strawberries
1 cup skim milk

m2
1 rice cake
1/2 cup of blue berries
1/4 cup tuna

m3
6 melb toast
1/2 cup of carrots
1/2 cucumber
1/4 cup tuna

m4
1 slice of cheese
1 apple
2 whole wheat bread
1 chicken thigh

m5
chicken
1 cup of green beans
1 cup of salad
1 1/2 cups of rice
1 cup of milk

m6
6 melba toast
6 strawberries

Goal: to either lose 2 pounds this week or better see my muscle in my legs and tummy
got a little ways up on a pull up (like I bent my elbows, but its a start, hee hee)

edited due to no protein meal 2, and 4, 6 doesn't get any as per trainer? (thanks scorpio!!!)
