Chicken legs!

Yep that's right I got chicken legs lol. Need some help on them big time!

Squats, leg press, extensions, calf raises, clean and jerks....then to box jumps, to 30second wall squats with 50lbs. Lunges, then stretches

Thanks man I will try that! Chicken legs run in the family but ive always wanted to get them bigger it's just hard
 
Descending rest pause sets are as such :

12 reps 12 seconds rest 10
Reps 10 seconds rest 8 reps 8 seconds rest 6 reps 6 seconds rest 4 reps 4 seconds rest 2 reps.

End of set.
 
i saw my leg development really get a lot better after i stopped trying to lift heavy with them. used to do squats at 6-8 reps, was strong but the size and shape never really went anywhere. now i concentrate on high reps.. 15-20 usually, super setting each exercise with another. also when it comes time for extensions and curls.. try doing a drop set and not stopping until your in tears.

also.. the problem could be with your diet. if you want bigger legs, or need your legs to catch up with the rest of your body then eat bigger on leg days.

This what worked for me. I always have had strong legs and the got stronger but never bigger. Unrolled I started high repping and super or drop sets. Drop sets to failure each drop on the smith machine worked best for me. You still need to do low rep heavy days. You can't forget heavy leg days make the entire body grow.
