Chest too big, need advice!

NO I'm not a chick!

I recieved a bulging disk thanks to a Snowboarding injury and haven't been able to lift big for 6 months. So I had my shirt off on the boardwalk and walked by a mirror and "holy shit" this guy needs a broezierre! I looked like shit- like I had boobs( not necessarly fat just "whoa hey now", could be gyno but I've never been on the goods. I'm 6' 212 ( currently around 18% I guess but haven't measured.

Questions:

1) Would you contribute this with extra bodyfat ( which I went up to 18%, or is this from years of lifting and just extra tissue built up in there?

2) Is it possible to break this extra chest meat up by doing sets of 20?

3) ONE MORE: Go on front of the mirror without the shirt, totally let it hang, let your delts hang forward, your stomach..ect..and look at yourself, do you still looked ripped or have you transformed into Homer Simpson?

it's from extra bodyfat. everyone stores it differently. when a guy stores fat on his chest it is probably due to excess estrogen. go on a diet, and if you want try out "yohimburn" which targets estrogen related fat deposits.

my 2 cents.

I don't think your current chest problem has anything to do with any prior lifting you have done. I think you're just genetically inclined to store fat there, moreso than most guys. A lot of really fat guys have gyno, but your bf isn't quite that high.

You have a couple choices IMO. But first, the high-rep thing won't help you at all. You need to eat clean and do some cardio, simple as that. All the benching in the world won't help you one bit without it.

Otherwise, theres always plastic surgery.

1) Its fat, eat clean, cardio 4X/week, consider an E/C/A stack.
2) At your current bodyfat % this wouldn’t do much.
3) I’d rather not try that :)

That's way funny. I'll never do that again:bawling:

give yourself 3 months of a clean diet and cardio in the AM and you'll be back on track before you know it.
