PR on OHP down to the clavicle we go fighting the negative.

Did a decent job of keeping my elbows in on close grip. you will see them flare on my last rep. :( Don't know what happened there????

When I was about to put the 225 away from the inlcine I felt the need to pump out some bar rows.

Bar Rows - 225 - 1X10 :)

When you get down here abnd we work out here all bets are off :) Time to go heavy.
 
Great vids, form looks good. Is that the true order of your workout?

-Tri’s
-Chest
-Shoulders
-Chest

(OK, these are all compound, but id say that is where the focus is). If so, any reasons for this?

The order of my exercises vary from time to time to create new growth. I feel once I am used to the order it is time to switch it.

Yes, you are correct to see that my focus is on the compound movements. I train for strength and power. I recieve the greatest benefits when working with barbells I grow the most using them.
 
No problem with focusing on compound moves, im the same, just pointing out that the focus is not truly just on Tri's, Chest etc. :)

Hey Hammer, do you know which codec I need to watch your movies? I can see bfold's wmv movies but not yours, and of course the stupid auto-download for the media player never works.
 
Lol, sorry, I was just trying to clarify my original post, in that as they are all compound, so focus is not purely Tri, Chest, Shoulder, as it might have been if they where isolation.
