how long have you been eating that, and have you noticed any results? basically, are you having problems with that diet and need more help or do you just want to know if that diet will help?
what does 1 piece meat mean? like what kind of meat, how big is a peice? how do you know there are 20g of protein in it? another thing, why no eggs? egg yolks help in bulking and the whites are a great protein source. i'd throw in at least a six egg omlette. it will depend on your metabolism on whether or not you can eat all the yolks w/o gaining fat, that will be up to you. but at your current stats i would imagine you would be able to burn it fairly well.
