I've been eating Frosted Flakes since i was like 6 years old. I love it. Now that im training to gain mass and strength should i cut it out of my diet and just go with oatmeal? What do you diet gurus think? Frosted Flakes are 0 g Fat, 28 g Carbs, and 1 g Protein per 3/4 cup. And please dont laugh cause i like frosted flakes :cool:
 
If you absolutely need to have them then go for it. Its all about moderation. Look into the 1/3 less sugar so your not playing yo-yo with your blood sugar.
 
You should eat oatmeal.
Post your entire diet for a day and we can help you out.
One isolated item isn't enough info to offer you any real help other than to say choose oatmeal.
 
Well, you a big dude (I saw some pics you posted)... don't think they are killing you till now... Just try to keep your total intake of sugar in check... Pintoca's motto: Don't fix it if it ain't broken...

Well that's what im trying to do now, construct a good diet. Im trying to add some mass im 6'3 187 trying to go up like 10-15 lbs
 
some kid's cereals (I don't mean anything derogatory by that btw) are fortified with vitamins. It may not be that bad, but I agree....find the lower sugar variety
