I've been eating Frosted Flakes since i was like 6 years old. I love it. Now that im training to gain mass and strength should i cut it out of my diet and just go with oatmeal? What do you diet gurus think? Frosted Flakes are 0 g Fat, 28 g Carbs, and 1 g Protein per 3/4 cup. And please dont laugh cause i like frosted flakes
