So just watched a video with Ben pakulski where he talks about his bra loading and the science behind it,
However it has left me with a few more questions, if you have a body fat of less then 10-11% should you include some carbs for breakfast! then zero carb till after evening workout?
Has anyone had good results from it? I'd be interested in hearing about it
