Can't decide whether to cut or bulk, need advice...

I'm 6' 190llbs, 15% bf. And can't decide which way to go now. I've lost 5%bf in the last 5 weeks, but now I feel puny (which I am).


It's almost summer time, and I've been a fat-ass all my life, so I'd like to enjoy the pool this year. I would also like to cut down to about 10-12% before I bulk (does this make sense?)

But I don't like the thoughts of hitting the weights hard, and not being able to feed my muscles for growth.
 
I would say it depends on what your in the iron game for in the first place. If you just want to look better for the ladies and not in it for compititon than I would say lean out to 7-8% and trust me the ladies will notice and you will like it too. When you get that lean you look bigger than you are. And plus I dont know if youve noticed but latley it seems like being lean and on the skinny side is what the ladies are going for.(dont ask me why) On the other hand if you have an ultmate goal you want to reach and it involves putting on a lot more mass or you are thinking about comptition then I would say to get your lean weight where you want it then cut down. It comes down to what your goals are.
 
spring is the perfect time to cut. it gets you nice and lean for the summer. once fall rolls around, hit the food & the weights.
