Can you guys take a look at my bulking meal plan

I took some time off and I'm trying to get back to where I was. I feel my diet is ok but needs some help. I do best with bulking and cutting when I only use a few different food types. My protein come from, split chicken breast, tuna in the packet (I love those things) and lean burgers, whey protein shakes. I'm 6'3" 220 lbs hard gainer for the most part. I don't mind getting fat because it melts off during cutting. Carbs mostly oatmeal & mashed taters. Here's my current routine

6:00 protein shake 40 grams, 350 cals
7:00 bowl of oatmeal
7:30 protein shake
9:30 tuna packet 35 grams of protein
11:30 2 split chicken breast
2:00 two cups of pasta with red sauce
3:30 protein shake
4:00 GYM
5:30 protein shake with simple sugar
6:30 2 split chicken breast with 1 cup of pasta with red sauce
9:00 protein shake mostly slow digesting protein

Thanks & I really appreciate your help

The shakes shouldn't be a problem. Just throw in some EFA's with those protein meals and you'll be set. A lot of meals, too. I'd try for 8 most, and just put some stuff together.

I need to get the cals higher so thats really the only reason I really take shakes. I think my cals are low for bulking. My body weight hasn't increased in a few months. I have a hard time figuring out my exact cals. I think the food protein is pretty decent.

How much do you weight? Multiply that number by 16. That's how many calories you should be eating. If you're an ecto, however, the number will be significantly higher.

take in carbs before workout.. get sum fast and slow digesting carbs in there. This helps you keep glycogen levels up so body doesn't start to go into a catobolic state during and after workout. and also like Tom Treutlein said.... 8 meals at most.

What kind of fats are your eating? Are you doing stuff like blending bananas in your shakes with ANPB? Taking in flax? Feta Cheese on a salad, Walnuts?? I just didnt see much fat in your diet was all.

Your right I do need to take in some more fat. I have flax oil that I ordered that I will be adding into the meal plan and I'm trying to get some reasonable priced natural peanut better. I get a little from the tuna packets but not much.
