Can steroids heal a broken wrist

I was riding my motorcycle last week and some guy cut in front of me and I had to slam on my brakes. I ended up going flying into the air and landed hard on to my hands. Luckily my only injury was a broken wrist. Can I use steroids to heal this quicker, someone said that Dianabol was good for healing because of the water retention
