Would like a diet tuned to me. How many carbs and fats and when to eat.
My goal is to keep muscle and burn fat would like to get down to 10-08 bf. I jog or stair step 2 mi a day 4-5 times ah week.
What about glycemic index dont understand how it works or what to eat off that chart.
