I am new pretty new to this all and I have been trying to learn more. I read that there are different body types and I would like to know if someone can help me determine which type that I am.
Here is some general information about myself. I am currently 23 years old and I am 6 ft tall and around 203 lbs. I have a tendency to hover around the 195-205 lb mark if I dont diet or exercise, however, if I start eating junkfood I will put on weight quite rapidly. The first picture attached below was taken about four days ago. And again in this picture I am right around 203-205 and 6 ft tall.
I have also posted a picture taken with my old webcam last year. This is when I worked at a place that had a gym. It is a before and after pic showing a 2 month time span. I dont know if it helps but it might give you a better idea to make your assessment with. In this picture I was probably around 195.
