You can reach your "Genetic limit" without gear. Thats what youre supposed to do.

I hope this is a joke.. Look at when he posts what he has done for a workout.. its all over the fucking place man.. He hasnt got a clue about how to train in my opinion. There is no way someone that doesnt know how to train properly has even came close to their genetic potential
 
me too bro. the only reason i switched to 5x5 is to gain strenght. i dont believe i can gain any muscle anymore so at least i will aim for strenght

You can put on more muscle. Dont blame your genetics/low t. Do something to fix it. Your workouts arent even near constructed for muscle gains.. And im pretty sure your diet isnt either. Post up your weekly workout/diet and i promise there will be lots of flaws.. Youve only workedout for 3 years im sure you can add lots more naturally

Fuck ok I think based upon everything he is doing he has reached his limit.
I think his diet and excercise routine are completely fucked up.
He doesn't understand how or what to eat.
 
Please don't go on cycle bro. I'm going to sound harsh but hope it helps. You don't have your shit together, eating or training wise. You'll make some nice gains while on, but training gets even harder in pct and recovery and if you don't have your shit together, it's going to be even worse.

You can make crazy gains by training and eating better. Don't worry about cutting / bulking. Lift heavy, eat clean, do cardio. Hit some creatine and eat the shit out of protein and clean carbs. Stay away from the juice and the 'transit' supps posted on this board.
