SubjectiveIllusion New member Jun 6, 2003 #1 i ask bcus i excercise in my basement at home and dont hav a squat rack. i weigh only 132lbs and plan not 2 use more then 60lb dbs or so. i wud like 2 know if this is safe and how 2 properly execute the lift if so.

I can't see how DB's would be dangerous unless you have injuries...
