I'm on an isocaloric 33/33/33 split and I am eating pizza hut's personal pan pizza every day. I know exactly what the prot./carb./fat profile is for it. I figure it in exactly like all of my other foods and never go over my caloric limit for the day. Additionally, I have read that pizza has a glycemic index of like 40-50. So I see no reason (other than the saturated fat content of the cheese which I'm not too worried about at my age 23) to not eat this every day. And I do. Comments?
