I know whey gets absorbed by our system pretty fast and it should be used here and there to fill in the gap and in Post-workout shakes.
What about egg white powder protein?I know it's absorbtion rate is slower than whey and I really want to stick to a 3 meal a day diet but im not against drinking 1 or 2 egg white shakes a day. What do you think?
Could it be a good thing to add 1-2 egg white powder shakes during the day?
