for those who aren't on a CKD
have any of you tried to do this? if so what were the results?
for example most days you eat say 2000 cals and 150g carbs then once or twice a week you up the cals to say 2300 mostly from carbs and protein
I was jsut told that this is a really good thing to do but it was pretty anecdotal
