I can't believe we are actually discussing this. Fast food is strictly for scheduled cheat days. If you use it for bulking don't bitch when you are fat, look like crap and have health problems later in life. Do you honestly believe you are going to make better gains by eating crap? There are actually alot of ingrediants in foods, such as fast food, that will REDUCE your gains as well as the effectively of your steroids. Clean, nutritious calories will always yield better gains.
