i can house a few double hambergurs w/bacon from burger king and not swell up from the sodium. now if i have a double cheeburger from mcdonalds i swell the fuck up and feel like a water bag. is bk's healthier than mac?
I would go with wendy's they have grade A burgers there, not nearly as much fat in their food. Wendy's chili and baked potato would be a good bulking choice
