Yea both really blew lol, a horry guy many enjoy it, or women interetested in young chicks... I was going those couch, Didn't finish my tea a took something to help me sleep ... kicked into a little too late I think :)

- AT top 10 decline pushups X 5, one of which was done on UP 5 .. ran down back ~ 95 steps & down hill (road back of condo)
- That is suppose to say Green line represent Progressive Sprints 85% - 100% X 5 ... took about 130 - 140 steps to walk back to my mark & do all over again :)
- the X the a mini lodge I use to elevate feet for decline pushups.

* I think the AM Cardio helps A LOT … along with the heating pad on my back & neck as often as possible (bad memories, but more good ones to come … )
* There has been a relaxing 75 minute facial preceding my 90 min Deep Tissue This Saturday … had anyone had microderm abrasion or recommend it???
* (edit) 2 hour deep tissue the following Saturday to take the place of a photo shoot that has been postponed until maybe Septemberish
* Good things to come after all this turmoil I just know it …
* Appt with school Counselor August 10th to discuss possible future degrees and got the hold OFF my account … yay … I guess he daughter had leukemia (since she was 4, she is now a healthy 19 year old, bless her heart) so there was an instant bond before the topis was even mentioned …
* Kissing any life I thought I had good by for a few months ;)...again

:) Of course ... first let me say I do not think you would need such a thing, your skin is radiant ... I do not think I persoanlly need it either but it's not like the ones they do at a plastic surgeons office (as if I know what that is). Same basic set up though, with the mechanical exfoliation using "powerful electronic vacuum to spray high-grade micro crystals across the skins surface through a pressurized wand. It is recommended for treating skins with sun damage, open and closed comedones, fine lines and wrinkles, enlarged pores, and coarse textured skin." I copied that from the pamphlet ... :)
I am set up for facial with extraction but we'll see if she says microderm & I'll give it a whirl ... You've seen my skin, I want to keep is nice, healthy & reverse any of the sun damage I did cause in the baby oil days as possible ... I use 'reverse' very loosely as well ... :)

Next stop is Dermatologist to give my full body a once over ... fun fun fun :)

One product I've tried for home is the Olay Thermal polishing wash & their dermabrasion home kit -- I've liked them both & saw a diff. in my skin immediately....

Hey, Bunn's! Have a nice massage today! ....I've had the microderm done. For me, it's painful. Basically it's a wand they run across your face that has little chrystals and air that hits your skin (at like 1000 mph- lol). They go across the same places and it starts to really sting. Nothing like a home kit. Although the home kits are "ok". I just use the apricot scrub on my face in the shower - same thing and less time and mess IMO.

What's up with the knife in the back pic?

Let the record show I have not "trained" with weights since Friday the 21st ... ugh this is killing me .. at least I can get in SOME cardio ... :( and these breaks seem to help blah blah blah whatever, I wanna lift ... I feel so nauseus though ... ick

If you can do an acid peel, I would do that. Use to have those done once a month. People will ask you what you've been doing because your skin just GLOWS!

Supposed to be in the 90's here all weekend, so you're probably not too different up there. It IS HAWT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Chemical peels are awesome! You can get very light chemical to a more advanced heavy chemical (higher % of the chem). They're usually brushed on, wait a few minutes and then they use a cotton ball with neutralizer to stop the process. It will cause all the dead skin to peel off within a few days.

LOL - no, unfortunately my skin doesn't glow! But thank you -I've never been blessed in that area! lol

There were 4 guys there were running the slides next to me .. I was jealous but NOT going there since I've been sprinting & doublestepping / little running to the top (it's like running in place slow motion half way up it's an insane glute burn) then hopping down (think plyo hops pushing off toes), then immediate sprint when I hit the bottom, down the gravl path hill to the end of the slide... jog back (I think I had to walka few times) & repeat (that = one... so after 7 I was like Holy bahgeezus I'm dying ... I had the red blotchy face, no food in me :evil: ) so I just finished with the 5 Progressive sprints, using one car as an end mark, then a car or two down for the next, and so on ...

Other things I did today (SBT ;) ):
- nails fixed (fill & treated a friend to a pedicure with me) then

- Ate a Grilled Chicken Spinach Salad with at Free Honey Mustard & Fuze slenderize ( Meal # 1 @ like 2 pm )then

- Had my facial: exfoliation, Glycolic Acid Peel of face & neck, with Hand Massage, then extractions ... esth. said I really didn't need any micro derm abrasion so I basically followed SG's advice ... it was interesting... didn't 'burn' but I was glad when it was over. I think I like the regular pampering facials better. I have to watch being in the sun for the next two weeks so I probably have to wear a hat for any outdoor Cardio & go get a strong SPF, since it was like 102 today then 110 with heat index ... ICK ...

- Went to P's to watch vid & stills from the week vacation / family reunion up in WI ... my puppy loves to swim ... I am surprised he can! (boxer) Took Supp Load #1

- Meal #2 (maybe 6:30 ish ): 2 Large Diced Grilled Chicken Breasts, Green Beans, Sweet Potato & Diet Pepsi

- Came home, Iced my neck, upper back & head, popped supp load & IB pro and dedcided to eat cookies, snickers popables & peanut M & Ms :confused: ... and wash it down with Fat Free Milk ... So is that Meal 3??? :whatever: Passed the eff out ...

- Of course my body ripped through all that sugar and here I am on EF at 1 am wide awake, popped Supp Load #2, there will not be a #3 ... too late or early blah blah blah

- Took A Cardio Breeze + 2 NYC this morning pre cardio ... wanted to use up the rest of the NYC & see if I had the same reaction to it as I did before ... which I DO Not ... I think it's lost it's potentcy which is why I added a second pill, THEN added Cardio Breeze ... (I'll take CB + NYC then 30 min later another NYC ... I wasn't able to take ONE NYC at one point ... so that is interesting & wanted something other than CB & TREX)

- About to go eat something else to keep this supp load down

- Water intake was not as good as it should have been but I'm sure at least a gallon in....

I was jealous but NOT going there since I've been sprinting & doublestepping / little running to the top (it's like running in place slow motion half way up it's an insane glute burn) then hopping down (think plyo hops pushing off toes), then immediate sprint when I hit the bottom, down the gravl path hill to the end of the slide... jog back (I think I had to walka few times) & repeat (that = one... so after 7 I was like Holy bahgeezus I'm dying ... I had the red blotchy face, no food in me :evil: ) so I just finished with the 5 Progressive sprints, using one car as an end mark, then a car or two down for the next, and so on ...

Other things I did today (SBT ;) ):
- nails fixed (fill & treated a friend to a pedicure with me) then

- Ate a Grilled Chicken Spinach Salad with at Free Honey Mustard & Fuze slenderize ( Meal # 1 @ like 2 pm )then

- Had my facial: exfoliation, Glycolic Acid Peel of face & neck, with Hand Massage, then extractions ... esth. said I really didn't need any micro derm abrasion so I basically followed SG's advice ... it was interesting... didn't 'burn' but I was glad when it was over. I think I like the regular pampering facials better. I have to watch being in the sun for the next two weeks so I probably have to wear a hat for any outdoor Cardio & go get a strong SPF, since it was like 102 today then 110 with heat index ... ICK ...

- Went to P's to watch vid & stills from the week vacation / family reunion up in WI ... my puppy loves to swim ... I am surprised he can! (boxer) Took Supp Load #1

- Meal #2 (maybe 6:30 ish ): 2 Large Diced Grilled Chicken Breasts, Green Beans, Sweet Potato & Diet Pepsi

- Came home, Iced my neck, upper back & head, popped supp load & IB pro and dedcided to eat cookies, snickers popables & peanut M & Ms :confused: ... and wash it down with Fat Free Milk ... So is that Meal 3??? :whatever: Passed the eff out ...

- Of course my body ripped through all that sugar and here I am on EF at 1 am wide awake, popped Supp Load #2, there will not be a #3 ... too late or early blah blah blah

- Took A Cardio Breeze + 2 NYC this morning pre cardio ... wanted to use up the rest of the NYC & see if I had the same reaction to it as I did before ... which I DO Not ... I think it's lost it's potentcy which is why I added a second pill, THEN added Cardio Breeze ... (I'll take CB + NYC then 30 min later another NYC ... I wasn't able to take ONE NYC at one point ... so that is interesting & wanted something other than CB & TREX)

I used YES for the 1st time in forever & allowed 15 -20 for it to absorb before applying the SPF, still look nice & pasty :)

It was a great day .. I would LOVE for you to be there with me so we could just PUSH each other ... That is FUNNy about the boxer .. mine is hypo thryoid & I think just weighed in as 93lbs Up from his last high 80 mark ... I guess it was so hot up there he was jumping of the speed boats & floats boats, went under ones, then kinda got freaked but realized, it's way to hawt for this crap, Im going back in & I know have a water baby :) I WISHED I could've been there to see it .. some other time I s'pose. How does it feel to have the nails off? I just have mine cut down .. I hate washing my hair without them ...

I have another massage this Saturday ...2 hour deep tissue ... I cannot wait!
