• Split Carton of Garden Veggie Egg Beaters with Mr. B & Fat Free Shredded Cheese (~.875 Cup EB, 1/6 Cup FF Cheese) & Fresh Ground Pepper

Digestive Enzymes , 4 Levorex, 2 Sesapure

3 L water so far

Diet Pepsi

1:00 P.M. -

Meal # 2 : Shake
• 3 scoops ISO AGB
• 1 small banana, ¼ Cup Raspberries, 6-7 small strawberries

GLUTE KB MACHINE -
* 60 lbs each leg / 12 reps
* 80 lbs each leg / 12 reps
* 120 lbs each leg / 10 reps

PRONE LEG CURL -
* 80 lbs each leg / 8 reps
* 90 lbs each leg / 8 reps
* 80 lbs each leg / 8 reps

LEG PRESS - Toe off the press, Heel High on Press
* Sled + 90 / 10 - 12 reps X 3

WEIGHTED HAMSTRINGS RAISE - w/ alternating Hypers
* 10 lb Plate / 10 reps (all Hamstring Raises)
* 10 lb Plate / 10 reps (alternating Hypers with Hamstring Raises) X 2

MEDICINE BALL SIT UPs - with Partner 3 sets 12 tosses each

MEDICINE BALL SEATED SIDE THROW - one set 10 - 12 throws each side


Warm Up & Cool Down - 10 minutes each LF Elliptical with UBM

Hot Tub ... aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhh :)

6:30 P.M.ish -

Meal # 3 : 2 L water Diet Pepsi
• Split Hickory BBQ Roasted Chicken & Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad with Mr. B.
• Few pieces Of Mixed Veggies - Broc, Cali & Baby

Mom & puppy stopped over for a visit but I was passed out on the couch from the Sudafed Sever Cold I took for my sore throat...going over there Sunday to hang with Puppy :D

• 2 oz Raw Almonds

Before bed...

Cals were fine, even though there is only 4 meals ... I'm guessing at ~ 1900 - 2000 @ 40/40/20

I was just in the WORST mood yesterday ... OMG it was not pretty. So I went and hit the Hmas, and a little abs ... I was suppose to do calves again, but I opt'd for hottub instead.

Yesterday was a day off for me. It was suppose to be Sat. but I changed it to Sunday.

I am without car and have the day off from work, so I've been cleaning. Still feel cruddy, prolly should take another day off from training ... Still the foul mood is here. I have been taking the Oxy thru out these little mood swings and it hasn't helped ... not that I expected it to really, but I am feeling I need a sedative to calm me down.

Not PMS, life is not bad ...

Anyway, I watched The exorcism of Emily Rose last night and that kinda freaked me out. LOL

Personally I enjoyed both SAW movies and have SAW II here to watch, along with Elizabethtown. Not really into watching a sappy love story right now...

Throat still kinda 'off' but not painful when you swallow, it's been worse. Just uncomfortable.

The turntable in my microwave never really worked to begin with, so I tried to see what the problem was and my gentle forcing of the plate cracked the already incompetent piece in two, so now the part is broken (have to go thru the manufacturer :rolleyes: ugh) ... my dishwasher also has no power running to it so maintenance is suppose "to come make sure there is power before he calls GE" ... WTF after I told him it's a breaker ...

So as I am typing this my cable goes out, TV & of course computer, LOL so I am about to lose it again.

Locate the problem to the first floor banging outside, so I hang over the balcony asking it they are messing with the cable (as I am already dialing Comcast to give them an earful…) and to two bangers are doing something … “it’ll be back in a few minutes …”

My poor head is pounding & I just wanted to enjoy my day off...

Waa waa waa I’m a big baby please feel sorry for me … Ok I’m done venting.

Awww, poor Bunns! :bigkiss: You have my sympathy for sure. I hope everything falls back into place and that your throat feels better real soon.
