You'll do fine... Tips that I did... They had a sandwich bar open most of the time. I just ordered the turkey sandwich and ditched the bread. One of the stops in St. Thmas had a GNC that I bought a bunch of zone bars in and protein powder. It was REALLY difficult to find protein throughout the day that wasn't fried, or greasy. Breakfast they had PB and I always grabbed a couple cartons of milk and stowed them away in my room in the icebox so I could have a protein shake later when all the grease pits were open, and milk wasn't available then...

Cals are lower on my low carb days... 1462 is what I came up with. On my high carb days... I haven't got that far yet...It's a wierd diet for me tomorrow... I'll have to jimmy rig another one for tues and wed. Since I only had 10 oz. ground turkey I cooked up and that was supposed to be for two days... I have some fish in the freezer I can yank out. Looks like another trip to the grocery store 'cuz I'll be out of beef jerky and Pork rinds :)

Nope haven't saw him in about a month. My schedule got rearranged with Massage school... so maybe in a year... if he still lives here I'll see him again... I figure I will leave my love-life up to fate. Heaven knows forcing a relationship is all wrong.

This is funny. I need to use this line at work. Leave peeps wondering what the hell I'm talking about...

I got a funny comment yesterday from a guy who recently started working with us. I was sitting in a meeting next to him and later he said he didn't even realize who I was because of the size of my shoulders. (I'm thinking the boobage had to be some sort of give-away...:worried:). And then he asked if I'm a power lifter. Funny.

Bunny -- I thought of you today!!

Went & got my hair cut and my stylist went to a hair show last week & was selling anklets for $5 -- well, the charms were little bunnies of different colored gems.... Soooo cute!! (I got one but with cherries)

In my very non-professional opinion ...

I never had any of the sides I 'heard' women may get, specifically stomach bloating, water retention, etc.; nothing physical as you may see from the past pics. I do, however, think regular creatine put a minor strain on my kidneys (not sure about liver.)

Not to get too detailed, I had some blood work done and one of my MD's brought it to my attention that (pertaining to kidney function) my "already elevated creatinine level" was indeed moderately elevated again. This elevated level can cause muscular dystrophy (progressive muscle weakness and loss of muscle tissue) which I DO NOT care to even think about.

Just incase it wasn't just a fluke (what the doc suggested) and since I did not want to remove the creatine from my diet, Shadow suggested the alternative PureCEE.

I think that this change will be extremely beneficial to not only allow the creatine to get quickly and safely to the muscle cell, but squash any potential problems relating my kidney function.

I'm not sure how fast the CEE works, but my last pics I felt amazing, and workouts seem to go better, as I feel I have more strength. My muscles FEEL good and are definitely growing :)

I hope that helps.... I'll update more after my next blood tests to prove that we did the right thing and CEE is the way to go.
