Yeah I get that way. I think it's normal. That's kind of how I was on my back day yesterday! Hard to stay focused on it. When I feel myself trying to talk myself out of something I choose to not think about anything and just keep moving forward. I had to do that in the middle of my lunges today. I was thinking... ya know I still have two more leg exercises, and abs and I'm exhausted... then it started draining all my energy. So I redirected my focus and I got through it. What gets me up in the morning is knowing when my alarm clock goes off the puppy knows it's time to go out. I have a 1 minute sprint that I have to do to the front door or I get to clean up a mess. So I hurdle through the living room half asleep, without my balance, as I reach to unlock the front door and boost his bottom outside in the nick of time as he pees on my doormat. That's a typical morning. So despite the fact that I cringe that I can't lay there another 5 minutes... The fat usually holds me over but I did flip once and I was still just as hungry.
