I would recommend Levorex if you don't want to 'feel' the effects of a pill, does that make sense? Sure we all know it's non-stim based, but even with the T-Rex (at least when I started taking it) I would get MINOR jitters, sweat, wirey etc. But to me minor is another persons Major...

Like some feel they didn't work hard enough if they aren't sore the next day (or 5 in the case of Shadows leg day :rolleyes: ), if I can't FEEL the pill something in my head use to say "well it must not be working."

I've moved past the :sick: on empty stomach (*knock on wood*) and MAY have to bump up to 2, but we'll see :D

That thing looks pretty darn cool!! Wish my gym had one..... I get bored with the elliptical & treadmill.....the old men at my gym have the bikes locked up -- they are on them for hours....

Ok just noticed these spots...

broken blood vess? bruising?scratches?

When I was in the hottub the jets were on these areas, but others as well for the same amount of time :( Is this normal?

Yeah well Shaodw's advice about picking guys up at the gym.... Well I kinda picked up the wrong guy. I was doing the deadlifts and noticed a personal trainer staring at my butt and smiling... and then when I was done with my last rep for that set he came over and asked when I wanted to work-out with him, and I said I don't need to that I was doing just fine. My hot guy was at the other side of the gym. I think he is training up for a competition he looks like he has dropped some BF. No I stuill haven't talked to him... yeah yeah...

I have cellulite on my backside that I'm having problems getting rid of. Most women are cursed with this phenomenon. Only way to get rid of it is to drop our total body fat %.

Bunny I have some on the back of my thighs. minimal and noone ever notices but me.... but I think all women pretty much are cursed with the stuff...

Bunny, I had the same problem when I took my pics. The back of my legs looked like cottage cheese city. I was hoping it was due to the lighting. I didn't think my legs looked that bad in the mirror.:( You're looking good and I would go with bad lighting contributing to bad leg pics. Toots13 :)
