I was referring to my workout in general... my mind was elsewhere and just not into it. I left work early b/c I seriously couldn't stand being there anymore. Instead of coming home and laying down, I went to the gym to work it off and my focus was just not there.

:whatever:

I cannot wait to do HIIT tomorrow and get outta this funk

Yeah I get that way. I think it's normal. That's kind of how I was on my back day yesterday! Hard to stay focused on it. When I feel myself trying to talk myself out of something I choose to not think about anything and just keep moving forward. I had to do that in the middle of my lunges today. I was thinking... ya know I still have two more leg exercises, and abs and I'm exhausted... then it started draining all my energy. So I redirected my focus and I got through it. I really like this weks HIIT. I am definitely enjoying it!
Oops shoudl I write that... Next thing you know next week we'll have some marathon we'll have to run :)

I was going to take 2 with M3 but I had a shitty workout yesterday when I did that so I split the dose. Also I'm usually starving AGAIN in an hour, and doesn't exactly help that my fave aunt should be here in a couple days.... knowwhatimean

Yepper :) It's not that bad because it sure helps me get outta bed in the morning
What gets me up in the morning is knowing when my alarm clock goes off the puppy knows it's time to go out. I have a 1 minute sprint that I have to do to the front door or I get to clean up a mess. So I hurdle through the living room half asleep, without my balance, as I reach to unlock the front door and boost his bottom outside in the nick of time as he pees on my doormat. That's a typical morning. So despite the fact that I cringe that I can't lay there another 5 minutes... He's my motivator.

Yes, you did but today is the 1st day with this new flavor (mango).

It's ok. Guess I'll have to get use to it since I they ran outta Alpine Punch and there's no way Im trying to van/choc/strw cream crap, yuck

Re: *Bunny* 2005 Log

Yeah I have a huge tub of the apple... I just look at it and laugh. I wonder if I'll ever drink it :) I just bought some banan creme from GNC. It tastes pretty good, it's a good change from strawberry, and vanilla. Have you found that you are hungrier lately? The last three days I've been struggling. I just get up and walk around the building. My stomach is making noises also like "Feed Me".

LOL, I have chills thinking of how the apple will taste - blech

You know, aunt flo will be here anyday, so it's her fault if I get cravings. I've literally been POUNDING so much water my appetite is DEAD.

Hydroxy not really helping curb cravings? I guess if I get cravings I can always pop another T-Rex and the nausea will prevent me from thinking of food ;)

Well the protein shake and almonds snack really doesn't fill me up... It's not till lunch till I get some real weight in my stomach. I switched it tomorrow and moved my zone bar to my second meal so we'll see if that helps.

The fat usually holds me over but I did flip once and I was still just as hungry. Good luck hun, let me know how it works for you though please.

I can't take pic of myself, period.

God I've tried .

Re: *Bunny* 2005 Log

Every pic was blurry and lighting came out horrible... I'm frustrated b/c the camera will re-focus while the photo is about to take, it's not for taking pics of yourself - I still need to buy my own BAH!
Oh well, life goes on and my dinner is about ready to pick up :chomp: :chomp: :chomp: BRING ON THE WINE NIGHT
