Meal #1 - Protein Shake: 1 scoop Isopure, 1 teaspoon Glutamine, 1 teaspoon Creatine
8:30 A.M. – Diet Pepsi, 48 oz water

What is the time frame from the first set of pics to the last set?

Great Motivation that with hardwork you can improve youself..

My before pics #1 were taken Jan 25th
Set #5 were taken Feb 25th

I always try to get weekly pics, BF% and measurements in, shooting for this Friday :)
