Thank you roony :rose: I feel like I need to do something soon, not sure how long I will wait, waiting for Doc #3 to call me back with some type of direction as I will need 'follow up' with her ... I hate waiting :) tick tock ring ring phone ... my jedi mind tricks are rusty ... :D

I felt this way too. I didn't know what to do with myself since I was so used to hitting the gym in the mornings or when I got home. But I actually let myself relax a little....I watched mindless tv, read magazines, watched dvds and sometimes just even laid in bed and rested. Guess what? I think my body really liked it and appreciated it. I never got a reason on why I got such a bad kidney infection out of the blue, but sometimes it may just be the body's way of pleading for some rest. Give it a chance. And remember it's not worth it to overexert yourself when you are already sick...the consequences are much worse! But you already know that, of course! ;)

Sesapure – 2 caps with Meal 1
Cran Max – 1000 mg Cran supp 1 cap 3-5 X a day
OxyCalm - 2 sprays each side 3-4 X a day (as needed)
PSEVEN - PM 2 spray inner arm

• 1 Cup Garden Veggie Egg Beaters with 28 g Fat Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese & Garlic Pepper
• 3 oz Fit N Easy Grilled Chicken Breast (cooked from fresh in Fat Free EVOO spray & Mrs. Dash Tomato Basil Garlic)
• 1 Medium Granny Smith Apple

then mom came over to drop off some goodies... I :heart: you mommie :bigkiss:


• 1 Cup Quaker Oatmeal (slow cooked) with cinnamon & splenda

3:15 P.M. –
Meal # 2 :
• 6 oz Tyson Grilled chicken breast Strips – Buffalo Style
• 2 cups mixed veggies (Green Beans, carrots, zucchini/yellow squash, broccoli, sugar snap peas, onions, celery, red peppers, water chestnuts & mushrooms)
• ~ 10 oz Sw

Dinner & thereafter ...

7:00 ish P.M. –
Meal # 3 : Diet Pepsi
• All The Meats 'Za - Pepperoni, Ham, Bacon & Sausage & adding sliced Roma tomatoes
• Spicy Buffalo Chicken Wings with Blue Cheese Dipping
• Parmesan Breadsticks
• Apple Twist Sweet Treat
