So this had to be funny ... here's me with needle nose plyers trying to unscrew my belly ring to put the new one in .. the tongue was even harder wither these nails ... LOL

AHh much better ... 1st trip to car ... if I break a nail I will FREAK ... those fuggers hurt...

Belly ring though, (I get it all the time with 'reason i got my tongue pierced' lol -no way jose ... )

Honesty, I had to keep the other barbell in when I bulked b/c I got too fat in the stomach region so the others didn't 'fit' properly... sad yes..
