Hi all ... was able to make it to the gym this morning to get in at least 45 min. of cardio (on empty) on the LF Elliptical ... and did 2 ab tapes when I got back home. Felt good to do SOMEthing, but I feel like I'm going to :sick: ...

I'll try to post in a little bit, have so much to do here ... it's going be a long day ....

4:15 A.M. – 2 Cardio Breeze, 1 L water, 4 PureCEE

5:30ish A.M. – 1 L water at the gym

45 minutes Cardio on LF Elliptical with upper body motion… I felt like I was going to :sick: the whole time and up til about Meal 3…

Supps for the day will be
Glucorell-R (15 – 30 prior to each meal)
Digestive Enzymes (with each meal)
Glucosamine & Chondroitin w/ MSM (3 taken AM post w/o)
Levorex (4 caps 3 x a day, usually with meal 1,3,5)
Sesapure (1-2 caps 3 x Day)

Meal # 1 :Shake
· 3 scoops ISO AGB
· ~1/4 Cup Raspberries, ~6-7 small strawberries, small banana

Meal # 2 & 3 :
• Sweet Potato (~ 5.5 oz Skin Not Eaten)
• 3.0 oz Grilled Chicken Breast Strips (bought the chicken , haven’t had time to cook it :rolleyes: )

2 more L water

Meal # 4:
• Sweet Potato with splenda & Cinnamon - Skin Eaten :D
• ~8 oz Grilled Chicken Breast (Grilled in EVOO, Mrs. Dash Tomato Basil Garlic & Fresh Ground Pepper)
• Veggie Spring Mix Salad with Light Done Right 3 Cheese Ranch
• Wild Berry Fierce Gatorade (i miss the taste of this stuff)

Meal # 5:
• ~ 1 oz Raw Almonds

Meal # 6:
• ~ 1 oz Raw Almonds
• ~ 6 oz Grilled Chicken Breast (Grilled in EVOO, Mrs. Dash Tomato Basil Garlic & Fresh Ground Pepper)

At least 4 L of water

So, how's it goin'? Did you manage to keep it all down? Even when talking with you today, I was all engrossed in ME....sorry! I'm usually not that insensitive.....
