I wanted to know if bulking up is more dependant on how you train or how you eat. Depending on your opinion please post guidelines for me to follow. The general concensious from my first post is i need to bulk up first then try to get cut. I am not even sure how long i should "bulk", then how long it shoudl take me to cut.
