Body, that's very impressive. Please, post up your diet and/or training routine. I'm very interested as to what's in your grocery bag and such. I need to follow a plan like yours, seems to work quite well.
Very little if any. CKD, tren, t3, and doing cardio? Pretty hard to gain bf, even on high cals. I've gained all lbm and water before when doing a ckd. My skinfolds are measuring the exact same also, so shouldn't be an increase in bf.
Well he doesn't claim to have lost fat, just hasn't gained a lot. Normally steroid users eat a lot more than nattys, isn't that because protein synthesis is higher and basically they can actually use more of the food they eat?

Yea, that's what I thought. Not taking anything away from him or anyone that takes steroids. I was just wondering if a natty should eat less than someone on steroids using a CKD to bulk -- I would assume so..
What's your reasoning for bulking on low carbs? To me it's taking something fairly simple and making it much more difficult. Are you endomorphic in nature? I don't know how anyone can gain substantial weight without ample carbs. Let me know.
You call that ample carbs for growth! I eat 250g's pre and post workout. I eat around 1,000g's of carbs a day. Of course your body uses them for daily functioning, do you think your body is gonna pass up it's preferred fuel source to store it as glycogen. You're body's main concern is not to maintain muscle, but to maintain brain function and essential body processes. Some of it will definitely be stored as glycogen, but not enough. Lifting intensely without carbs (when attempting to bulk) is like driving a car with square tires. I just don't get it. Somebody try to help me out.
1000g carbs? Damn that's a lot. What's your bodyfat get to when you eat so many carbs? That's 4000 calories just from carbs...
When you do one of these low carb diets, fat becomes your fuel source so the carbs you take in daily are stored, so is what you eat during your carb ups.. Doesn't come close to 7000g carbs weekly, but I don't think you really need that many carbs to grow..
