when i go on a bulking diet i eat around 4000cals/day. i am now taking test and eq. should my cals for a bulking CYCLE be the same as when off? thanks guys!!
Try to shoot for 1.5 x bodyweight in pounds for protein,2-2.5 x bodyweight for carbs and try to include good fats.Eat at least 6 times a day.If you are gaining about 0.5-1 kg per week then you are gaining lean muscle,anything more will mainly be bodyfat.If you are not gaining increase carbs until you start gaining.
