peas (both high cal for veg)

brazil nuts, almonds, walnuts, non salted nuts.

lots of water.
grape juice (very high cal for fruit juice)

i think creatine gives u the tools to make a significant difference too.

spray butter, Ms. Dash spices, lite soy, low fat/low carb dressing,low sugar jelly, balsamic/red wine vinegar,mustard,splenda/stevia
