I was lifting today and a skinny personal trainer who I have talked to here and there decided to work in with me. at first i was like what the hell can this skinny turd teach me but then he showed me something he calls buddy curls. it is light weight high reps with the EZ curl bar where you fatigue out then hand it over to the other person and then they pass it back. who has tried these before? it burned my biceps like never before. I walked out of there feeling like The Rock.
