Breast reduction

Well if it is something that she really wants to do then she will eventually have to buckle down with some sort of workout. Give her time and give her motivation and she will eventually do what she has too.

Diet, diet, diet.

I can lose an entire cup size, easy, depending on my body fat.
Yes- this I can vouch for...
depending on my BF fluctuations,
I have gone from a 36C to a 36D.. and yes "the twins"
are usually "the first to go" when losing BF...

I had a reduction via the Le Jour method and you cannot even see my scars...if you get a good surgeon there is less of a risk of bad surgery. I went from a 36DD to a 36C...lve em. Also, if she loses a lot of weight from the breast area she is going to end up haveing some sagging due to excess tissue...just something to think about.

good luck

STOP THE PRESSES - I can't believe a guy just said that! :mix:

Well there's a big difference between a perky set of big boobs and another that is big but horribly saggy. Although I am a boob man myself, I'd rather compromise and have smaller, perkier boobs to play with than big & droopy. I had an ex that was a 34-D and also wanted to get a reduction as they pretty much hung to her bely button. She looked good in a bra, but other than that.... :worried:
