Is the food from Boston Market nutritious? I'm talking about the chicken (white meat NO skin), turkey, green beans, broccoli, gravy, mashed potatoes, corn bread, and potatoes au gratin.
I plan on eating, sometimes for pre workout, either chicken or turkey with gravy, 2 sides (1 veggie and 1 starch), and a piece of cornbread.
Is this good for someone who is NOT cutting?
