Ones from earlier this year...tore my tricep and a few muscles in my lower back. Been rehabing and getting stronger and am almost back to regular training, although still lifting at about 50% weight.
Holy crap thats brutal! Im glad your regaining your strength back but yea its better to lift at 50% and be healthy then trying to rush to burst some PR's.
Hope you reach a full recovery soon..have you thought about using peptides or gh?
