aw!!
I'm doing ok except for the insomnia thing again. waking up at 3-4 a.m. is driving me to distraction
I broke down and went in search of sleep-inducing herbal tea today. I found one in a natural food store that has passionflower, valerian, hops, skullcap, camomile and catnip in it.
I'm not going to try anything in pill form, so I'm pinning all my hopes on tea.
