Mr Db- that looks like capicolla this time, I have to say I'm liking the Italian deli meats theme you're workin this week

I've been craving a proper hero/grinder/hoagie, but alas there's no real Italian deli in my area.

I'm not sure what meats are on the last one, it's just a picture I found doing a google image search on the key word "hoagie". The one from a few days ago, with the Manhattan Soda, the one on the left was prosciutto, roast red peppers and fresh mootz; the one on the right was pepperoni, mortadella, genoa (I think...) and wet mootz.
