bodybuilding - routine help

Little Rage

New member
just wondering what type of routine u do when working out on a cycle

how many different exercises for each body part, sets, and reps?

don't really want to focus on the strength (i can obtain this rather easily without AS) trying to go for the bodybuilders physique...

the same as you would use off cycle except a few more sets...also go heavy to maximize growth 7-8 reps down to 3-5 reps.... and get plenty of protein to keep those gains........RADAR

ok so

6 days a week... 2x's a week each body part
4 exercises for each body part
w1
3 sets of 5
w2
3 sets of 8
w3
6-5-4
w4
10-8-6

then repeat...
sound good?

i usally do
the same but
w2 is usally 3 sets 10
and w4 12-10-8

so should i switch it or stay the same?
b/c i was going to go heavier...

I do the same workouts except I perform the lifts slower that way it requires every fiber in the muscle to contract for optimal results....other than that...it's the same as when I'm off

bigmag

Slower like bigmag said will up the intensity and get ready because it will tax the muscles like nothing else.....RADAR

I've also found it benificiary to use the Weider peak contraction principal....for example: when you're doing bicep curls, you should perform the lift slowly and squeaze as hard as you can at the top of the lift. That's worked great for me. Try it out, and Good Luck!!!
