Okay.. the scenereo..
I'm 100% normal.. then.. say I run to bring the garbage out.. I live on the 5th floor and take the steps..
So on the way back.. when I finally hike up 5 flights of steps I feel this itching on the very surface of my skin on my back.. like tiny little bugbites or when your arm falls asleep but it is just on the surface of the skin.. then it spreads.. next thing you know my scalp itches like CRAZY and my entire body is englufed in skin-surface itching. I'm like ripping my shirt off itching, itching my scalp like crazy.. feels like I am covered in fleas..
It happens when its cold outside too and I bundle up and when I walk around and start to get some heat going.. like if I am hiking uphill.. seems like it happens maybe when my body temp rises or something.. but once I am at a full blown sweat/heat it goes away.. e.g. if I am doing cardio within 5 minutes the itch goes away..
Anyone else xperience this?
