best weight training for MMA and kickboxing

hello good day new to this informative forum

ive been off training for 3 years now this year i plan to jump in any local tournments or fights in both mma and kickboxing however my strenght level is very low and my stamina also gained a lot of fat in my body
my weight is 100kg
tall 172 cm
age 32

how can I recomp my body and performnce to be able to be back on track?
i used to do a normal bodybuilding routine and running and kickboxing class
now i want to start all over again what weight training split or routine suitable for my goal??? along side i do running but my weight is so heavy on my joints and calves also
with my normal kickboxing and mma class

appreaciate your help

@TariqMMA i will answer your other question
we can talk there in detail training and diet
 
I don't think you should do heavyweights because you'll hurt yourself
make sure you get your log up and track that so we can adjust things
 
our guys doing at your kickboxing class to train? I'm sure they're working their legs a lot and also working out their upper body
 
don't train too heavy especially after you do MMA or boxing
very easy to get injured

we literally know nothing about you we need you to get your log up and going
pictures and what your daily diet and training looks like right now and then we can go from there

You still at it? I have decades of my experience in this matter. Trained with Dustin Poirier and his coaches in his early years in Lafayette Louisiana. I can give alot of good advice for you.
 
MMA has some strength moves, some power moves and a lot of conditioning this is something I have a lot of experience with and would be happy to help people on here. Gladly.
