Best diet to fight crohns

I know that Crohn's disease isn't something that is cured but I also am reading online about people who have controlled it enough to live a normal life.

I read a bunch of different stories and I'm more confused than ever. Anyone with any advice on what kind of diet to follow to help with crohn's

2. avoid high FODMAP foods like garlic/onions
3. stick to high quality whole foods and avoid refined anything

you should try fasting first and really avoid foods that will inflame you

No. I have two buddies (one has colitis and the other Crohn's). Both have diets which work for a bit but then do not. It's not a fix vs managing the conditions
