Whatsup man yo I just checked out your website and I am going to give you what I think is the best exercise for each bodypart in the ones that are listed aight?
I didn't think it was all that much Pretty much what I do every week except I don't have a seperate arm day and I usually don't have 5 exercises for chest. I get in and out in under an hour (usually) with a training partner. I also keep my rest period to about 1 min or so depending on long it take my partner to finish his set. I know it looks like a lot but if you were to put down what you do in the gym on paper you might be surprised.
